- The claim status on the Claims Summary listing are now displayed as ‘Accepted’, ‘Pended’, and ‘Adjusted’
- There was an issue with no member information showing when a specific Claim ID was selected from Claim Status or Check # search. This has been resolved.
- There was an ‘Operation Fail’ issue when a Claim ID search produced a claim with no service lines items. This has been resolved.
- The user now has the ability to export data from the Claims tab into an Excel spreadsheet (Member Info, Claims Table, and Claim Details). The ‘Export Claims’ link is located on the ‘Claims Inquiry Results’ and the ‘Claim Specific Information’ screens.
- The member’s middles name/initial has been added to the member information.
